Dermalogica Singapore – Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns or exchanges for online purchases are accepted if initiated within 5 working days from the date you received the items (as indicated by the postmark)
- Refunds are issued only if items are returned in original, unopened, and unused condition, including intact packaging
- Exchanges may be made for products of equal or lower value, and must be pre-approved by Customer Service
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Customer Service promptly via email at ask@dermalogica.com.sg
- Clearly state your reason for return or exchange, and provide supporting documentation if applicable.
- Attach your order invoice within the return package.
- Repackage the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Process & Timeline
- Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the refund will be processed.
- It typically takes 14–21 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, counted from the initiation of the refund
4. Product Condition Requirements
- Products must be unused and sealed.
- Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the product packaging has been opened, used, or damaged during the return shipping.
