Dermalogica Singapore – Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges for online purchases are accepted if initiated within 5 working days from the date you received the items (as indicated by the postmark)
  • Refunds are issued only if items are returned in original, unopened, and unused condition, including intact packaging
  • Exchanges may be made for products of equal or lower value, and must be pre-approved by Customer Service

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service promptly via email at ask@dermalogica.com.sg
  2. Clearly state your reason for return or exchange, and provide supporting documentation if applicable.
  3. Attach your order invoice within the return package.
  4. Repackage the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the refund will be processed.
  • It typically takes 14–21 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, counted from the initiation of the refund

4. Product Condition Requirements

  • Products must be unused and sealed.
  • Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the product packaging has been opened, used, or damaged during the return shipping.
